Jeff has over 20 years of experience in the software and business consulting industries acting in a variety of roles, from consultant, engineer, and manager to executive and founder with organizations ranging from startups to consulting groups to national membership organizations.

He began his entrepreneurial career in 1993 as a co-founder of Information Systems Experts, Inc. (now Guilford Group). Since it’s beginning, this group has grown to 25 professionals servicing a diverse collection of clients in multiple states and business segments. As a technical professional, Jeff brings extensive experience across platforms, technologies and industries. As an executive, he utilizes the latest development, leadership and business strategy tools to lead the company to success in a highly competitive market. He has achieved this success, in large part, by focusing on long term relationships with clients and associates.

Greg has spent over 35 years working in very complex business and technical environments, improving organizational capability and increasing the overall value of the products and services delivered to their customer. Working from the boardroom to an individual department, his functional and technical knowledge finds him frequently in client environments as one of our leading strategists and executive management facilitators. He has used these skills in a number of public and private sector organizations across the country working both in Fortune 500 as well as mid-market companies. He has an MBA from Purdue University, with an emphasis on Finance, Marketing and Technology.

Michael is a technology manager with 10 years of professional experience including business analysis, process improvement, requirements definition, design specification, development, quality assurance, implementation and support of a wide range of business applications and technologies. He has been involved with team building and leadership for several years. He also has significant consulting experience with fortune 500 companies as well as much smaller organizations. Michael holds a BS degree in Computer Information Systems from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and member of the Central Indiana Chapter of the Project Management Institute. Michael leads one of our Application Development business units.

Mike has spent over 10 years working in multiple business and technical settings for Guilford Group. He has had numerous successful experiences working with Executives, Managers, and End Users while functioning as a Project Manager, Business Intelligence Developer, and Business Analyst. Mike has used these roles to help build efficiencies and enhancements for his clients. Mike leads the Business Intelligence team along with mentoring the Project Managers at Guilford Group. Mike holds a BS degree in Computer Information Systems from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Casey is a technology manager with 13 years of professional experience including a background in analyzing technology, regulatory and operational issues and developing solutions for public and private companies. He has been in a position to assist companies, from start-ups to the Fortune 500, to implement solutions that enhance their business. He has an MBA from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business with a double major in Marketing and Venture & Technology Management. Casey leads one of our Application Development business units.

Eric has spent over 14 years working with both Fortune 500 companies as well as mid-market organizations to impact their bottom line through implementing innovative projects that demand both business and technical acumen. Eric leads the Mobile Technology business unit. His ability to work with all levels of management allows him to understand their needs and then manage a team of people to implement a customized solution. With strong knowledge in the transportation space, he is routinely called upon by clients to enhance their business with current trends in the industry. Eric holds a BS degree in Computer Science from Indiana University.
