Information Systems Experts (ISE), LLC, a value-based software application and IT development company located in Carmel, Indiana, has been named to the 2007 list of Fastest Growing Private Companies by the Indianapolis Business Journal (IBJ). The IBJ recognized Indiana’s Fastest Growing Businesses at its seventh annual awards ceremony on September 18th. Companies with annual revenues exceeding $1 million are ranked and selected for the list, based on their revenue growth over a three-year period.
Ranking sixth on IBJ’s list, ISE has been developing custom software applications since its inception in 1993. In the past three years, the company recorded a 173% increase in revenue.
ISE offers custom applications and integration services that encompass Business and Systems Requirements, Analysis and Design, Project Management, Software Development, Quality Assurance and Testing, Training, and Maintenance and Support.
"We’re very pleased to receive this award," commented Jeff Hastings, president and co-founder of ISE. "We believe our success is a tribute to the exceptional work of the team we’ve assembled, and a commendation of our particular business model."
"Our approach has been threefold: hire extraordinarily talented people, deliver quality work, and build long-term relationships by focusing on bringing the highest value to our clients," continued Hastings. "That means we’re sensitive to price so our partnership can be slanted more toward long-term collaboration. Ultimately, we prosper if we do the things that create positive results for our clients. We think this award is confirmation that the marketplace is embracing our highly effective business model of teamwork and technology."
ISE works with national, high-profile clients such as Elli Lilly and Co., CSX Transportation and C. P. Morgan. However, companies of all sizes in the manufacturing, transportation, logistics and construction industries partner with ISE to develop custom software and IT applications from the ground up.
What’s next for ISE? "Our objective is to continue to grow in a controlled manner — not just to experience growth for growth’s sake," concluded Hastings. "We want to increase the number of new clients, of course, but we also expect to experience significant growth in the depth of services we provide for our existing client base."
ISE is expanding geographically as well. In 2007, the company opened a satellite office in Cincinnati, Ohio, and plans to open a Jacksonville, Florida, location within the next year.
